June 2012 Love With Food Box

WHEW! It's already been one WHOLE month-and it flew by! :) After somewhat of a super hectic week, I was ecstatic to see a nice package in my mailbox. After seeing who the sender was-it was my Love With Food box!! :D This month is my third box with them and I'm absolutely in LOVE with this company. If you wanna check out my other boxes click on the links April LWF Box & May LWF Box.

What is Love With Food?
It's a monthly subscription service similar to Birchbox and MyGlam where you receive 5+ gourmet food samples (AKA "Best Bites"), instead of beauty products. Each month has a special theme (April: Easter, May: Mother's Day, June: Baseball, etc....) where the boxes are centered around that theme. It used to be $14/month, but with the number of subscribers, they've lowered the prices to $12/month ($10+$2 shipping).
Let's check out what's inside:

♔Love With Food Box :) This month it came inside of a padded flat rate envelope

♔This month's product card-BASEBALL theme. And can you believe it? Over 6,000 meals DONATED! That's absolutely incredible :)

♔All of the goodies inside my box this month

♔Spicy Cocktail Almonds from Nunes Farms: Freshly roasted to perfection and kicked up with spice

♔Tea by Mighty Leaf Tea: It's not summer until you've brewed iced tea! Taste Green Tea Tropical, Chamomile Citrus, and Organic Earl Grey.

♔Honey Straws from Nature's Kick: Juicy Peach and Wildflower Floral honey straws are perfect for stirring into iced tea for a naturally sweet treat

♔Ballpark Cookie by Cougar Mountain Baking Co: Specifically created for Seattle's Safeco Field. Chunks of peanuts, toffee, and chocolate stud this cookie that's big enough to share

♔Organic Gummy Bears by Surf Sweets: Made with organic fruit juice and organic sweeteners, these yummy gummies are free of corn syrup and gluten

♔Salt Water Taffy by Taffy Town: A summer boardwalk tradition, enjoy the many flavors of this chewy treat

♔Caramel Cob, Jr. (by Cobville): Nibble on melt-in-your-mouth caramel popcorn, shaped like an ear-of-corn.

♔SHABAM! Everything ALL together :D

♔Here's my unboxing video on Youtube

So there you have it!! That was everything inside of my June Love With Food Box. Just like last month, this box was AMAZING! Even with the newer lower prices, lots of people suspected that the quality of their products would decrease/go down. On the contrary, it was just as amazing as the May box! If you can tell by the picture, everything inside the box reminded me going to a baseball game. So far, my favorites were the Spicy almonds and the Ballpark cookie. The cookie itself was ginormous and super moist and chewy. The spicy almonds were fresh, crunchy and definitely had that little kick in it. I'm not the biggest tea drinker, but my sister is, so those will definitely go to her. Iced, hot, you name it. And with those peach flavored honey straws, it's going to be awesome! Everything in the box looks super tasty, I still have yet to try the caramel corn, my favorite type of popcorn, in addition to the taffy and gummy bears. With the lower prices and the quality and amount of nicely-sized products you get inside, you really do get your money's worth, compared to the various food subscription services out there. Don't forget, with every box, a meal gets donated. That's the best kind of karma you can get right there. I look forward to my box each month-it instantly brightens my day. Honestly, if it were possible, I wish these boxes were bi-monthly or quad-monthly! I already want next month's box-AHHHHH!! I can't wait-but I'm guessing it'll be Fourth of July themed somehow?! That'll be fun! :) Even if you don't want to subscribe, I'd definitely check out their page for lots of fun recipes, great products, and just an awesome community full of fun-loving foodies like myself. Go and order yourself a box~Use the code "BASEBALL" to get $5 off your FIRST box (only $7 and with free shipping!). You're welcome ;).
