Bashful Bites: Nestle Crunch Girl Scout Cookie Chocolate Bars

I think the angels from above have come down and are in our presence AS WE SPEAK. Why do I think this way? Because Nestle's Crunch officially partnered up with Girl Scouts to create three limited edition Girl Scout Cookie chocolate bars-YES, chocolate bars. As if those darn addicting cookies weren't good enough, mix that in with some delicious Crunch chocolate (my favorite!) and you've got yourself a combination so good, you're willing to go skydiving to get as close as you can to heaven to get these back from the angels.

Let's get started:

★Each of the three flavors-Crunch + Girl Scout = BEST combination ever introduced. Beautiful packaging as well :)

★Peanut Butter Creme AKA Tagalong-these were delicious! Crispy wafer layers with smooth peanut butter, topped with crisped rice and covered in milk chocolate. If you've ever had a Butterfinger Crisp, these were almost spot on in terms of flavor. Definitely reminded me of a Girl Scout Tagalong, but way cheaper.

★Thin Mints-one of the most popular Girl Scout cookie flavors. Literally an exact replica of the cookie itself. Crunchy, crispy wafer layers with a mint chocolate creme, topped with crisped rice and covered in dark chocolate. If you love anything mint or chocolate, this is perfect for you!

★Caramel & Coconut AKA Samoas-my favorite favorite Girl Scout cookie of all time. I'm so excited for this flavor. You really get the balance of coconut in each bite, in addition to the crispy wafers. And to make it like the real thing, there's a beautiful layer of caramel drizzled on the top just like the real cookie.

★2 individual chocolate bar pieces are in each bar

★Look at that texture-so beautiful

★The Caramel and Coconut-my favorite and were dare I say better than the real cookie itself

★That caramel drizzle is the BEST part of the cookie

★Significantly darker than the other two bars-the thin mints bar

★So minty, so delicious & perfectly crispy

Overall, I absolutely LOVED these three chocolate bars that Nestle collaborated with Girl Scouts to produce. These are ONLY available for a limited time and expected to sell out by September. Once they're gone, they're GONE! I'm a little sad that these won't be available all year round, since the real Girl Scout cookies are only available in March/April of the entire year. It would be pretty neat to make more cookies + chocolates-that would be pretty cool. From the attractive packaging to the incredibly mouthwatering tastes, these are sure to be a favorite! I've actually made my sister buy me an entire box of them, from her friend who's a manager at a drugstore. Pretty darn cool if you ask me! Since it's obvious we can't get any Girl Scout cookies around this time of the year, I'm glad there's a much better and cheaper alternative! If any of you have tried them let me know what you think of them, I'd love to hear your opinions too! :)

Have a great Friday the 13th,
-Sandy
